Oh yeah, Rock Band.
LittleBigPlanet isn't the only console franchise coming to the PlayStation Portable. Just announced at the Destination PlayStation retail conference: Handheld versions of Rock Band, Assassin's Creed, and MotorStorm!
Here's what we know about each:
Rock Band Unplugged will sport an in-game music store and will reportedly feature music from Blink 182, Boston, AFI, Kansas, Lit, and The Police. There won't be a separate peripheral; you'll hit the notes with the left, up, triangle, and circle buttons. Player can switch between guitar, drums, bass, and “vocals” (although there won't be be singing, merely tapping buttons) using the L and R shoulder buttons.
MotorStorm Arctic Edge will bring MotorStorm to the "breathtaking yet lethal and unpredictable setting of Alaska." It was developed by Bigbig Studios. It's scheduled for release in this fall for the PSP and the PS2.
Assassin's Creed was developed by Ubisoft and will come bundled with a Piano Black PSP. It comes out later this year.
